Marble Chain Of Lakes
The South Chain of Lakes in Branch County is a great place to spend a summer day enjoying the outdoors. Donate To The Fireworks Fund
To continue our recognition of Independence Day, our goal is to raise $20,000 to have a great fireworks show on Friday, July 3. To accomplish this, we ask for your support. Donate To The Marine Patrol
The Marble Chain of Lakes Improvement Association Board wants to thank Sherrif Fred Blankenship, Sgt. Josh Vickers, and the rest of The Marine Patrol for a very safe 2025 summer on our beautiful Chain of Lakes. Speaking of safety, the board is pleased to announce that, with your help, we have completed the lighted channel markers project for The Chain in coordination with the Marine Patrol. Special thanks to Sgt. Josh Vickers for his role in getting all the buoy markers installed! As we “gear up” for the summer, we also need to “gear up” our Marine Patrol
dive team as they need their dive gear updated. We are asking for donations to help purchase the dive gear needed for their very important work in rescue and recovery. So, if you can spare an extra $10 for your dues this year, it would go to good use and greatly appreciated!
Donate To Fish Stocking Fund
Please donate for future fish stocking of our Chain of Lakes. The association has been stocking walleye in the chain since 2017 and perch since 2020. Last spring, we put perch in Marble Lake and Mud Lake. Last fall, we put walleye in Marble Lake and Mud Lake as well. This spring we
will put perch in Archer Lake and Long Lake. We will continue to work with the DNR to determine how often, how many and what type fish we can stock in our chain of lakes. We will keep our members notified as info becomes available. If you have any questions about the fish stocking program, we encourage you to attend one of the general membership meetings.

We will work to enhance the water quality, promote conservation, and boating safety while considering the interests of the property owners, and visitors to our chain of lakes and interested citizens. This will be accomplished through effective education, communication and cooperation of all interested parties.
